On that letter we mention some condition like you got three month to improve your performance and you will be observed and this warning letter is final worming for you.

After that we got complaint regularly from your manager and supervisor also from client that your performance are not satisfactory even you are not trying to improve yourself at work.

Your salary of this month (March) will be arrived in your bank account in due time when salary will be issued for all. You can’t claim any financial benefit from Regal Corporation because you are not a permanent employee of this organization.

By issuing this letter Regal Corporation are terminating the employment contract with you.
