An Invitation Letter for the seminar is an official letter. It extends an invitation to a respected guest to the seminar. The letter of invitation must be sound written. It has to show the sincerity of the request from the seminar organizers.

The invitation letter should state the information of the seminar, in brief, to allow the recipient to consider accepting the invitation. When you invite a guest, you should maintain formality. The letter may be for individuals or groups.

We have invited well-known speakers engaged in this field to take part in the seminar. We would be greatly honored if you can spare some time from your busy schedule to attend the seminar.

If you are not able to make time for the seminar, we would request you to kindly assign one of your co-workers to symbolize your college in the seminar.  Almost all the colleges concerned with the research on the subject have been invited to participate.

Therefore, we are confident that the knowledge of taking part in the seminar will be enriching. We would like to invite all your students to attend the seminar as well.
