There are some characteristics of moodiness for an organization which creates some distinguish one employ form other and one organization from another organization, such as:-

1. Distance from general employees: Higher officials contain different personalities which increase the distance from other employees.

2. Commitment to own work: In an organization where the organizational mood is very strong, everyone is conscious about one’s own duty. There are committed to performing their own work.

3. Commitment to personality: In an organization when good organizational mood persists, everyone is conscious about their own duty and performs perfectly. Then no one directly depends on others but everyone responsible to do the work. There is no personal conflict among employees. Everyone is committed to their own personality.

4. Self-consciousness to own work: In an organization where the organizational mood is very strong, everyone is conscious about one’s own work.

5. High specialization: When good organizational mood persists, everyone is conscious about their own duty and performs perfectly. Then one directly depends on others but everyone responsible to do the work. As one works his duty for a long time, he became specialized in his work.
