Positive Mood
Positive mood results in creativity and cognitive flexibility. Positive mood is associated with positive outcomes, including better job satisfaction, less turnover, more helping behaviors at work, better negotiation outcomes and improvement, more helping behaviors at work, better negotiation outcomes, and improved performance.
Positive moods often result in greater flexibility (Murray, Joan, HIrt, & Sujan, 1990) and breadth of the procession (Isen & Daubman, 1984), allowing the commotion of information in the novel and creative manners. Positive mood counts in the quality of your day and in your organization’s success.

Negative Mood
The negative mood is less straightforward than those for positive mood. People in a negative mood are often motivated to perform more positively so that they can change their mood to a positive one.
Nonetheless, people in negative moods are still generally less satisfied with their jobs and are more likely to want to leave their jobs. Negative moods appear to cause individuals to process information in a narrower, more elemental, and bottom-up fashion.
Strong Mood
Employee attitude towards their job is positive. Employees work hard to achieve the organizational targets. Organization product quality became high and can dominate in the market.
Weak Mood
Employee attitude towards their job is negative. Employee turnover in the organization is increasing.
Intentional Mood
The organization works intentionally to achieve a predetermined objective.
Natural Mood / Inherent Mood
An organization’s attitude toward the market and market competitors grows naturally.
