There are some characteristics of moodiness for organization which creates some distinguish one employ form other and one organization to another organization, such as:-

  1. Distance from general employees: Higher officials contain different personality which increase distance from other employees.
  2. Commitment to own work: In an organization where organizational mood is very strong, everyone is conscious about one’s own duty. There are committed to perform their own work.
  3. Commitment to personality: In an organization when good organizational mood persist, everyone is conscious about own duty and perform perfectly. Then no one directly depend on other but everyone responsible to do the work. There is no personal conflict among employee. Everyone is committed to own personality.
  4. Self consciousness to own work: In an organization where organizational mood is very strong, everyone is conscious about one’s own work.
  5. High specialization: When good organizational mood persist, everyone is conscious about own duty and perform perfectly. Then on one directly depend on other but everyone responsible to do the work. As one works his duty for long time, he became specialized on his work.
