Difference Between Traditional Structure and Self-managed Team Structure

In the organization, both traditional team structure and self-managed team structures are prevailing. Between these two structures, there are some points of difference. These differences between traditional structure and self-managed team structure are shown in the following table:

Whereas under this system team members facilitate quitting.


Both traditional team structures and self-managed team structures are suitable for organizations. But which type is appropriate for a particular organization depends on the nature of the operation, size, and management of the organization. If managed properly, and one structure can give better results.
