Under traditional team structure members acts as teachers.

While under this structure members act resource allocators

  • Problem solver

On the other hand, self managed team members teachers,ndary managers.

  • Coordinator

In this system team member coordinate between the activities.

Whereas under this system team members facilitate quitting.


Difference between Traditional Structure and Self managed Team Structure

Both traditional team structure and self-managed team structures are suitable for the organizations. But which type is appropriate for a particular organization that depends on the nature of the operation, size, and management of the organization. If managed properly, and one structure can give better results.
